Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the personal data of users visiting capitulationcy.media is processed, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Capitulationcy S.r.l., with registered office at Via della Spiga 26, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy. For any request you can write to privacy@capitulationcy.media.
2. Data collected
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and the navigation data automatically collected by cookies and similar technologies, such as anonymised IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to: (a) manage the subscription and the delivery of the informational newsletter; (b) ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse; (c) produce aggregated statistics on the use of the site subject to consent; (d) fulfil legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter and non-technical cookies, the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for site security and the fulfilment of legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Data retention
Data collected through the newsletter is retained until the consent is withdrawn or a deletion request is received. Navigation data is retained for a maximum of 26 months in aggregated and anonymised form.
6. Data recipients
Data may be communicated to providers of technical services (hosting, email delivery, statistical analysis) appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The updated list is available upon request.
7. Transfer outside the EU
If a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place exclusively on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.
8. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it to another controller and object to its processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
